I didn't get my verification or reset email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can request a new verification link from the sign-in screen, and a new reset link from "Forgot password?". Reset links expire after one hour.
How long does verification take?
Automatic checks such as email and phone are instant. Documents are reviewed by our team, and you can see the status of each item in Settings.
A transfer is on hold. What does that mean?
Some transfers are paused for a quick compliance review. If it is rejected, the amount and fee go back to your balance.
How do I add my team?
Owners can invite team members by email from the Team page and choose a role for each person.
